If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, saleable condition, complete with attached labels and tags.

Processing Your Return
Once we receive and process your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to complete the refund process. Your refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase; we are unable to issue refunds to a different card.
Returns Beyond 14 Days
If your return request extends beyond the 14-day period, we cannot offer a refund.
Cancellation Rights
Per the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000, you possess a strict right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your goods. To exercise this right, written notification of your intent to cancel is mandatory within the 7-day window, facilitated through our online Returns procedure. It is crucial that you preserve the item(s) meticulously, refraining from any usage prior to return. Timely return of the item(s), in their original packaging, complete with tags and labels, upon notifying us of your cancellation.
Please note that you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. To ensure a safe return, we recommend using a tracked service.
